TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
by commissioning me, you must agree to these terms and conditions.-You must be 16+ to order a regular commission from me and 18+ to order a nude figure/anything remotely NSFW. You must be comfortable with confirming your legal age.-You can contact me via discord (smeti) for the quickest response. Other option is Twitter (@shibescouts) DMs. Instagram DMs are not an option because I do not get notifications when I recieve a message.-You must provide a clear (unshaded!) reference sheet of your character, no description unless you are ordering a custom character.-I have a right to refuse your commission if I am uncomfortable or if I know I won't be able to complete it.-I will always provide You with progress pictures. There will be one WIP (work in progress) screenshot that I will be sending You. That one being the sketch for confirmation. Of course, you can ALWAYS ask for more at any time, I will more than gladly provide You with as many as You'd like!-If You have any wishes, (like pose, expression, etc.) please state so when ordering.-If you want something changed/edited, it's free, as long as You ask me to edit it after I send You the sketch (1st WIP). If you ask me to change something after I started on the lineart I will have to charge a fee (15%).
PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
-If You don’t like my prices, don’t order nor complain! I will absolutely not haggle.-I only accept payment via PayPal in Euros OR the price equivalent via my Steam wishlist.-Payment is upfront, meaning I'll send You an invoice before I start on your art. (Unless You are a trusted customer) Once I recieve the payment I will start on Your art and after I'm finished I'll send You Your fully finished piece in high quality via a sta.sh link (example) or, if you request, by e-mail. I always save my art as a PNG file, if You want it in any other format please state so.I only do refunds in these scenarios;-If it takes 3 months+ to finish Your commission, I will return Your money.-If I decide to cancel the commission when I started, You'll get a full refund.-I understand stuff happens, but in case I already started on Your commission, I'm gonna give You a partial refund depending on how far I've gotten.-After the commission is complete I cannot change anything major, but I can add small items for a fee.
DEADLINES
-The deadline is anywhere between a few days or, in rare cases, 5+ weeks depending on the complexity.-If you want Your commission to be completed by a ceratin date, please let me know when You are ordering. All I ask is to be reasonable with Your request!-Please remember that I am not a robot and that You are paying for my services, meaning - my time.
PREMISSIONS
-I retain all rights to my art and have the right to upload it anywhere online and/or to my portfolio. In case You are uncomfortable with me posting your commission online, please state so at the beginning.-After You receive the finished piece You are not allowed to chang/edit it in any way.-I absolutely prohibit profiting off my work (unless You pay a monetized content fee [100%+]), using my art as NFTs and involving my artwork in AI training. If I catch You in such a scenario You are automatically blacklisted.-If You have a Toyhou.se, please credit me with my account

However, I do understand if you don't want to interact with me because of that. Just please don't automatically assume I'm a hateful person. I'm a big fan of the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover". :)•Big warning, if you are sensitive to guns/weapons, smoking, violence, religious imagery (of any kind), etc... I'd recommend you to stay away from my account as I often dabble in drawing said objects/subjects.•I have history inspired OCs (mobsters, cowboys, etc...). I absolutely DO NOT support the views or actions that people had/did back then, I just really like suits and vintage stuff (Can you tell that Blacksad is one of my fav pieces of media ever?). And, no, I do not romanticize the Mafia, I just find the Cosa Nostra and any other Organized Crime (Yakuza, Bratva...) extremely interesting.•No, I do not care if you block me and I won't block evade you so don't expect that. I don't care about petty online drama. If you think I suck without ever interacting with me, then that's your opinion.•If you plan on interacting/befriending me, please just keep in mind that I'm really shy, but extremely friendly, I just suck at texting so I don't really have a habit of making friends on the world wide web, kek. I'm also, ironically, a huge extrovert, so I may not be online much, meaning I probably won't anwser your messages quickly.•I'm a selfshipper! Or how the cool kids call it today - a yumeshipper.
